Written description and measurements to make Broad Jump and Bar Jump.

The below photo's are an easy homemade (and cheap) version of the Broad Jump and High Jump. Many thanks to a student for sharing these instructions with the 1st Retrieve Class I took with Sugar at the beginning of summer, 2010. I still use the Broad Jump as it's lightweight and easy to set up, take down & store.

Roxanne, I can't tell what type of material is used. Is it some sort of vinyl we can find at Home Depot?

ReplyDeleteYou will want to find something that is stable and white for the Broad Jump. I have a set someone made that is made out of white perforated vinyl. The HIGH Jump you can use heavy white canvas or a window blind. Everything else is PVC pipe.
