That was exceptionally valuable to watch. Especially the last video with the actual play. Jessi, I hear Nova got a cut on her eyebrow even through the muzzle. I'm so sorry for that! I'll be addressing those razor teeth next week.
The frequency of Piper's playful "growl-bark" was increasing until it culminated in a shift to a high intensity continuous growl that had a slightly deeper tone. Not sure how else to describe it. When I look back at the film, it looks like Piper was shifting from pure play to trying to dominate Nova and she got mad when Nova wasn't impressed and jumped up. Kind of like a bratty kid who doesn't get picked to lead the game so they get mad and launch the ball at someone.
